Lucy Castro-Dowell, Senior Safety Consultant, graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science Production. She continued her education at Columbia Southern University and received her certificate in Industrial Hygiene Management. From there, Lucy received her CHSO in General Industry and Construction from the University of Texas at Arlington.

As a safety professional, Lucy excels at training and development of personnel on-site, developing and maintaining professional rapport with staff and peers. She is an excellent bilingual communicator with interpersonal skills, and is experienced in established productive working relationships with military and civilian personnel as well as contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
