How can I register to attend?
There are two ways to register for a Build Expo event. Registering online can be done by clicking the “register now” button under the city name you wish to register for. You can also call us at 877.219.3976 to register with one of our registration specialists.

How do I register for educational sessions?
There are two ways to register educational sessions. Online by clicking the “Educational Sessions” button under the city you wish to attend at the top of the home page. By clicking that button, you will be directed to a page listing all sessions. It can also be done by calling 877.219.3976 and speaking with one of our registration specialists.

Is there any charge to attend the show or attend the educational sessions?

We are proud to be the only show of this kind that offers all industry professionals complimentary entry into the event, which includes attending any and all educational sessions.

Can I register for educational sessions at the show?

Yes.

I registered online, but I did not receive my confirmation, what should I do?

Please call 877.219.3976 to ensure your registration was properly processed.

Am I allowed to bring in business cards, flyers or promotional items to pass out as I walk the show?

The distribution of any material promoting an attendee’s company to an exhibitor, attendee, or anyone else is strictly prohibited at the show. Build Expo employs spotters on the show floor to ensure that this policy is fully enforced. Only exhibitors are authorized to promote and sell products and services on floor of the show.

Will I receive any material about the show after I register?

Yes, once you register you will receive a pre-show packet that includes the show magazine, attendee badges, directions and parking info .

Do I have to pay for parking?

Yes.

When can I set up my exhibit space?

Exhibitor move-in is the day before the event begins. You will be contacted by the Service Director approximately 30 days before the show to schedule a move-in time.

When can I begin to dismantle my exhibit space?
Dismantling of exhibit space is conducted strictly after 3pm on the last day of the event. Attempting to dismantle booths prior to the end of the show is not allowed and is a breach of contract.

When do I have to be moved out?

All exhibitors must be completely moved out by 5pm on the last day of the show.

When will I be able to order furnishings and electric?

Approximately 30 days prior to the show, your exhibitor service manual will be emailed to the primary contact’s email on your booth contract. If the email on the booth contract is NOT the same email this information needs to go to, please contact us at 877.219.3976 to ensure the manual is sent to the appropriate party.

Where do I get show badges for my staff once I arrive at the show?

All badges for exhibitors will be picked up at the exhibitor services desk, which is located in the back of the convention hall by the loading dock doors. This desk is the same location that exhibitors will check in for show move-in.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

Exhibitor move-in will be from 8:00am - 4:00pm the day before the event. The exhibit hall will open at 8:00am each morning of the show.

Is there an official hotel for the Build Expo?

Local hotels can be found by clicking the "Hotel & Travel" page.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Build Expo does not pay for parking nor does it reimburse for parking. Depending on the event location, you will have to pay for parking and those rates are set exclusively by the convention center.
