Mr. Jesus Schuldes, Managing Consultant, assists owners, contractors, and subcontractors in numerous sectors within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry on both proactive and forensic consulting projects. He specializes in the development and updates of project baseline project schedules, as well as periodic schedule analysis for contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Schuldes has worked with clients in the public and private sectors to build air-tight schedules that not only minimize float and define a clear and accurate critical path, but also consider cost and resources as-needed.
Additionally, he guides clients through the claims and litigation process with issues related to schedule, budget, and risk. He has assisted clients domestically and abroad on complex schedule delay cases, performing several schedule analyses including time impact analysis (TIA), windows analysis, and as-planned versus as-built analysis. His efforts have helped clients avoid being assessed millions of dollars in damages related to schedule delays, disruptions, and productivity.
Mr. Schuldes earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering and Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, Cockrell School of Engineering. He is a Member of AACE International (AACE) and received his Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from the organization.
